I think Jakobe won overall.
The last verse from Sky is pretty good.

Love the intro, its quite atmospheric and the panning in there is awesome, the percussion panning really stands out.
I think you pushed the intro a bit to far, although it has an excellent first effect it gets old since it varies very little and lasts close to a minute.
Love how the song progresses, but once again i feel you push the section too far without much variation.
The lead solo guitar is a bit to loud in some parts of the song and i personally kinda dislike the tone.
Overall this is a nice song, i love some sections and how you handle panning, very trippy.
I think the main problem with this song is the forced duration, turning this into a 3:30 song and cutting the repetition would be a huge improvement.
Good job Mockoff, you kinda remind me of my style!

Im portuguese this is indeed a beautiful song so i do prefer the original, not a bad work here though.

But they do look a lot better in Portuguese than translated xD

I think it could be put to use in a retro game, could be a bit longer this is really short.

ok thx ikr it was just a small creation as a low level musician. I'm slowly getting better

Great mix and great song, sounds really heavy and clean.
Awesome job Ritz!

Ritz190 responds:

Appreciate it, man!
Glad you dig the song. tried my best to make it sound as awesome as possible.

Ok i quit, i wouldnt be trying to persuading you to make serious music any longer this is obviously your call xD
Lyrics are very original and totally hilarious, the song in pretty nice as well.
I cant really take some vocal flaws seriously, they are small and in this style of music it just blends xD
Cowboy section is pretty nice, good guitaring there :)
These "Will you ever stop fantasizing about a fox's ball sack? ", "What's wrong with a Panda who has some nice jugs?" totally cracked me up xD
Good job Ulfus you certainly take the Comic Songs to a really high level :)

ulfusNG responds:

Thanks, though I'm not that great yet, still need to work on my lyrics.

Holy shit, you are a guitar expert!
This sounds very heavy and clear, the mix is really awesome and that even means more having in mind how many stuff is happening at the same time in the track!
Your skill is off the charts, not only the mixing but also the playing is really awesome
I absolutely love the section that starts at 03:21, the solo really cuts through!
Awesome work, your review means even more after seeing how awesome and accomplished you are here in NG!
Cheers buddy!

Metaljonus responds:

Haha Thanks man! I've been working really hard on my mixing and playing lately (lots of free time). Thanks for the review and kind words dude!

I like the song, it it quite simple but has a nice melody and starts of with a nice ladder intro building the song properly.
Something you made randomly im not sure if you mean total random or improv.
About the mix, i feel it sounds a bit muddy and lot as high quality as i would have wanted.
So overall nice simple song with a sad melody, i enjoyed it. the instruments dont feel very high quality and the description is lacking, a least try to write a little more to keep the listener more in tune with your intentions.
Good song JLSthe2nd!

Ringtone?
Yep that would work nicely as a ringtone!
It is also very fitting for an industrial game stage like Sonics Oil Ocean stage.
Good loop Rexyrex!

Rexyrex responds:

Thank you!

Sometimes I make music.
But mostly, I think about making music, fail, get sad and give up.
