This is really..really good!
I can feel the despair in the landscape, i can almost feel how sharp the scythe is, and the reaper itself is just amazing.

I like the idea and the colors you chose fit pretty well, however after seeing your Kakashi and Mileena i cant help but to feel that Natasha was a bit simplified, her boobs are a bit unrealistic and her face is maybe a bit too simple, i personally like your other works a bit more.
Her boots and her style however are really good and i am sure that as you progress Natasha will too and your idea has potential to be awesome.

Interesting drawing.
The eyes and the hair have really nice shading as well as the overall drawing.
I feel like the nose might be a bit misplaced or something, doesn't really fit there to me.
Overall its pretty good, it does not capture a lot of the Kakashi in the series but i guess you gave him your style and that's fine.

Your Mileena at least got that ugly mouth situation sorted out,a lot more friendly this way :D
The drawing is pretty good, i think her skin is a little over simplified and could use some shading like you did on the purple leather pieces of clothe she has on. Also the background seems like it was done by someone else that had no patience and then glued on your Mileena xD
Overall it is pretty good, i love the eyes and her clothe, and i think her hair is also pretty well done!
